Our Last Call for Revival/ And Jesus’s prayer for all believers

As I try to pull my thoughts together, as I try to make sense out of what appears to be our last call for revival, I realize that it’s too late.  Isaiah 9 :13 tells us: “But the people have not returned to him who struck them, nor have they sought the Lord Almighty.”   I encourage you to read the rest of the chapter, because Like Israel we have turned our face away from God, and now we deserve judgement.

In one fatal swoop, we have given rise to sanctioning the death’s of over 3,000 babies per day.  Three states have said it’s legal to use drugs, specifically marijuana.  I could go on and on with the sin’s we’ve sanctioned.

Our country has aligned itself with the personification of Evil, and false god’s, and the beast that brings about the events in Revelation.

I find comfort in God’s words that the righteous will prevail.  Jesus tells us to be prepared or His coming will take us like a thief in the night.  He is close, getting closer by the day.  Are you ready?  Are you looking up, are you trying to decide?  Don’t take too long, come to Him today.  Ask Him into your life, God does not want any to perish but all to have everlasting life.  All it takes is to believe John 3:16  “For God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son, so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.”  What a wonderful promise.  My Hope is in the Lord.  No matter what tribulation we face in this world, it’s not our home.  He will give us the strength, and courage we need to face the world’s tribulation.  So, as Paul say’s we must encourage one another with these words.  And remember And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.  Of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end.  God Bless and keep you.  I want to leave you with John 17:20.  It is a prayer that Jesus prayed the night before he was crucified.  He PRAYED FOR US!  It is my favorite passage:

“My prayer is not for them alone,(speaking of the desciples) I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you.  May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.  I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one:  I in them and you in me.  May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.

Father, I want those your have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world.

Righteous Father, though the world does not know you, I know you, and they know that you have sent me.  I have made you known to them and will continue to make you known in order that the love you have for me may be in them and that I myself may be in them.”
