A Time To Remember Past Mistakes/ I Stand With Israel

us_israel_flags   Tonight I am reminded of a time in 2005.  We sat glued to the television watching Israeli soldiers physically remove israelis from Gaza.  This was done so that the region would have peace.  You see, if Israel agreed to vacate the Gaza strip, and turn the land over to the Palestinians, that the region could live in peace.  So that’s just what Ariel Sharon did.  But some of the Israeli’s refused to leave their home voluntarily, so the Israeli Army drug them screaming and kicking out of their homes and out of the Gaza strip.   I will never forget this.  It itched itself in my mind like it happened yesterday.   It wasn’t long after that, Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf.  Louisiana will never be the same.  The following is from a book called Prophecies For The Era of Muslim Terror/ A Torah Perspective on World Events by Rabbi Menachem Kohen.  Quote:  “ 10,000 Jews became homeless (out of a Jewish population of 6 million).  On August 29th, as the Gaza operation was being concluded, on that very day, America was hit by the worst natural disaster to have ever occurred in America.  In the New Orleans area, 500,000 people were made homeless (in a country with a population of 300,000,000).  These numbers as a fraction-500,000/300,000,000 is equivalent to .00167.  The percentage of Americans rendered homeless by Hurricane Katrina is 0.167%-the exact same percentage of Israeli Jews rendered homeless in Gaza as a result of the demands of the President and the State Department.  The exact percentage-this cannot be a random occurance.”  End quote.  Pretty amazing Huh?    This is not the only natural disaster that followed trying to split the Jewish land.  But that is not my main point I’m trying to make.  The Israeli people gave up this land and displaced 100,000 people because the world said just give it up and we can have peace.  It’s called Land for Peace.  And they want them to give up even more land for peace?!  Even our president has said that Israel should return to the pre 1967 borders.  Oh and by the way since he said that, America has been on a downhill slide.  The palestinians quickly turned their land into a paradise for terrorists, with Hamas.  They get millions of dollars every year in aide, and what have they done with that?  Nothing except to fund Hamas.  And then the world wants to say that it’s because of big bad Israel.  The occupier.  Occupier of WHAT?  They left Gaza in 2005!  I for one am tired of all the lies, half truth’s and changing of history and customs, and times.  Of course this is prophesied in the Bible, when Daniel tells of the Antichrist.  Daniel 7:25  “He will speak against the Most High and oppress his saints and try to change the set times and the laws.”  Now you say, the antichrist is not oppressing the saints?  Well let me tell you about Christian prosecution at the hands of these barbarians. See the post titled:  Christian Convert beheaded.  Here: And that is just one event, this happens hundreds of times in a day, Christians and Jews are being persecuted at an alarming rate, across the middle east and Africa.  In the west, they have whipped everyone connected to most church’s into such a frenzy that they are afraid to mention the name muslim for fear they will offend them.  One of our Ambassador’s was just tortured and murdered in Libya, and this was after we helped them.  They reigned terror and destroyed property and threatened death to the west over a stupid movie that nobody watched!  And yet there are people that want to throw Israel under the bus for defending themselves.  Hamas has rocked Southern Israel with 1100 rockets, this year.  Would you want us to put up with this from Mexico or Canada.  I think not.  Please think before you condemn.  I am praying for all to turn to Christ and seek peace.  Although I think that it’s gone too far, Jesus is the only one to bring peace to this region.  And he’s coming sooner than you think!  Be careful, or as Jesus said”My coming will catch you like a thief in the night.”

  1. Thanks Milly for your comment. It’s a reminder of Jesus’s teachings to love one another. And there is a popular song that say’s they will know we are Christians by our Love. I am well aware of the atrocities commited by the church in the middle and dark ages. Tyndale died for his beliefs he was strangled and then his body was burnt at the stake, other good men paid a heavy price for their outspoken defiance also. Like Wycliffe and Luther. Had I been alive then, I would have been right with them. In world war ll, Christians as a whole can not be held blameless either, there were good Christians like Corrie Tenboom and her family, satan has always infiltrated God’s people and the church and he will continue to do so. I’m just pointing out that there are alot of mis-conceptions with the idea that the palestinians are blameless and Israel is the agressor. Israel has said all along, that they would concede even further if they would just recognize Israel as a state, and it’s right to exist. The palestinians and arab nations as a whole refuse to do this. I am praying for all in the middle east and Africa, and will continue to do so. Genesis 12:3 is God’s instruction for us also: I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you. I struggled a long time with this when I first studied this. I asked for guidance from the Holy Spirit, and I came to the conclusion that God said they would be his people forever, not until the new covenant comes but forever. Now God is to pour out his spirit on Israel, and the Bible tells us that they will see Him coming in the clouds and all will mourn for the one that they pierced. God will deal directly with Israel. God loves all peoples, and wants all to come to Him, I pray for this everyday, for God to lead all souls to Him. I respect your opinion. God Bless you.

  2. With all due respect Christianity has committed some of the worst atrocities in history so I think finger pointing is rather redundant at this point….
