Zechariah 12:9  “On the day I will set out to destroy all the nations that attack Jerusalem.”

Beginning in 2005, when president George W. Bush coerced and pressured then Prime Minister of Israel Ariel Sharon to remove some 8,500 Israeli Jews from Gaza, the United States has been on a collision course with the one true God. It was within a few days that Katrina hit the US coast. Inside of six months, Sharon suffered a stroke where he remains in “a persistent vegetative state.” America elected the current Occupant of the Oval Office who promised “A New Beginning” with Muslims in his first major speech in Cairo. He invited the banned Muslim Brotherhood which would become his major foreign policy partner. Now Israel is under attack and America is complicit.

The terrorist group Hamas took over Gaza the moment Israel left. This was the true beginning of what later became known as the Arab Spring where national Arab governments were being replaced with Islamist, Muslim Brotherhood-backed, al Qaeda-supported rebellions. Hamas was able to out-democratize the PLO and Fatah in Gaza. Hamas provided a clear model for the Muslim Brotherhood to use the leverage of a sympathetic White House to instigate rebellions in Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen, Libya and now Syria. The result is a complete emboldening of terrorists surrounding Israel who are striking out now in a bold plan to destabilize the entire region. America is complicit.

The White House is consulting with its Islamist “allies” Turkey and Egypt to apply pressure on Hamas to end its hostilities. Talking to reporters on Saturday, Deputy National Security Advisor Ben Rhodes said, “The President also called both President Morsi of Egypt and Prime Minister Erdogan…And so the President was speaking to them about steps that could be taken to bring an end to the violence. And what we would like to see is those nations like Egypt and Turkey, that maintain relations with Hamas, to help bring this to a conclusion to bring an end to the rocket fire that we’ve seen out of Gaza, and to allow for a de-escalation in the conflict, generally.”

At the same time, the Occupant of the Oval Office has pressured Israel to not escalate the conflict. Rhodes said several times that the US wants to see Israel “de-escalate” the situation, meaning that it is the US position that Israel only defend itself, not attack Hamas: “I think just more as a diplomatic matter and a broader matter, we think that if there can be an effort that brings in countries like Egypt and Turkey that have an influence over Hamas and that we can have a de-escalation that ends the threat that Israelis are faced with, that that would be a positive outcome.”

The US president already has escalated the conflict by supporting the Muslim Brotherhood and al Qaeda in the countries surrounding Israel. In fact, when the truth is revealed about Benghazi, Libya, it is likely to connect the dots of subversive activity in Syria sponsored by the White House. Speaking of the end time Day of the Lord, Zechariah 12:9 says, “And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.” As the truth is revealed about the American complicity, the layered and escalating consequences of prophecies like this will be even more apparent.
