Dreams and Visions/ Our Spiritual Battle

This is a copy of a posting on my facebook page this morning. I was so touched by it, I had to share it. We are indeed in a spiritual battle as Ephesians chapter 6 tells us ” For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” Satan would like nothing better than to cloud us as Christians with hatred and fear, so we forget about trying to spread the Gospel of Christ. I’m grateful to aroundeverycorner for sharing this, and reminding me of this fact. So put on the full armor of God and pray, pray for persecuted Christians, and pray also that God will continue showing himself to Muslims, Hindu’s, Buddists, Athiests, and anyone else in need of His mercy, because He’s Coming, He’s Close, Can you Feel Him? May I chime in concerning recent discussions? We are in a spiritual battle. Not a battle with just some spiritual battle mixed in. The enemy fuels everything so we have to deal with him primarily…as he wants us afraid so that we will behave in carnal ways – in how we speak and act. He wants to divert our attention. Then instead of blaming him, the real enemy, and obeying God’s command to love our enemies and pray for them…we have in actuality kept the battle going and ourselves from the blessings of seeing Muslims come to Christ in the numbers God desires. We have a mission field right here…as there are many Muslims here in the USA and if even one comes to Christ it can shake a whole family and could spread even to relatives abroad. Thankfully God is Spirit and has been bypassing us and going straight to them in varying ways…meeting them right where they are…as God met Paul on the road to Damascus…
