I have watched all of the events of the last 4 years, and it disturbs me, we are flying toward Socialism at an alarming rate.  All those who have been watching closely understand.  The executive orders, the Bank buyouts, the buyout of GM, the rise of the Unions.  I don’t know if  most people understand what is happening.  There is no way for sake of time to list all the reasons or proof that we are now a socialistic country.   I am not crazy, I am not a conspiracy theorist, although the conspiracy theorists don’t seem quite as crazy as they once did.   Here is the definition of Socialism from Wikipedia.  Read it and see if you find any similarities to what has happened here in the last few years.

Socialism is an economic system characterised by social ownership of the means of production and co-operative management of the economy.^[1] “Social ownership” may refer to cooperative enterprises, common ownership, state ownership, or citizen ownership of equity.^[2] There are many varieties of socialism and there is no single definition encapsulating all of them.^[3] They differ in the type of social ownership they advocate, the degree to which they rely onmarkets or planning, how management is to be organised within productive institutions, and the role of the state in constructing socialism.^[4]

A socialist economic system would consist of a system of production and distribution organized to directly satisfy economic demands and human needs, so that goods and services would be produced directly for use instead of for private profit^[5] driven by the accumulation of capital. Accounting would be based onphysical quantities, a common physical magnitude, or a direct measure of labour-time in place of financial calculation.^[6][7] Distribution would be based on the principle to each according to his contribution.

As a political movement, socialism includes a diverse array of political philosophies, ranging from reformism to revolutionary socialism. Proponents of state socialism advocate the nationalisation of the means of production, distribution and exchange as a strategy for implementing socialism. In contrast, libertarian socialism proposes the traditional view of direct worker’s control of the means of production and opposes the use of state power to achieve such an arrangement, opposing both parliamentary politics and state ownership.^{[citation needed]} Democratic socialism seeks to establish socialism through democratic processes and propagate its ideals within the context of a democratic political system.

Modern socialism originated from an 18th-century intellectual and working class political movement that criticised the effects of industrialisation and private property on society. In the early 19th-century, “socialism” referred to any concern for the social problems of capitalism irrespective of the solutions to those problems. However, by the late 19th-century, “socialism” had come to signify opposition to capitalism and advocacy for an alternative system based on some form of social ownership.^[8] Marxists expanded further on this, attributing scientific assessment and democratic planning as critical elements of socialism.^[9]

I was just talking to someone and it rings home loud and clear that we have been working toward this for a long time.  Each day the state or Federal Government gains more control over the average citizen.  This was suppose to be a transparent administration.  One that was an open book, providing information to the public.  But it has turned out to be the most sneaky, narsicistic  president we have ever had.  He has a long history of ties to socialism and communism, dating back to his early days in Chicago as a community organizer.  He believes in re-distribution of wealth, collectivism, in that we are all responsible for each other, even in matters of religion.  He believes that we as Americans cling to our religion and our God, to the point of detriment.  I believe he truly has a hatred for all that is America; just as his pastor and mentor Jeremiah Wright.

This administration is very manipulative, and cunning.  I’ve watched the speeches in the last days with my mouth open and jaw dropped.  He takes the words of  his opponents and turns them into his words, using them against them, and then touts, see they won’t cooperate.  I know unless you have been around a true manipulator and pathological liar it’s hard for you to understand.  But it is happening.  Alot of us are left shaking our heads, and asking ‘What just happened’.  

Just take a good hard look at what’s happening, search for news, and watch with open eyes.  Because the hour is late, and I’m not sure we can turn this run-a-way train around.  But we need to start preparing ourselves to live in a new world.  At least until our Savior returns.  Put your faith in God, talk to like minded people, stand firm as Christians, and look up, for our redemption draws near.
