During an appearance on Fox and Friends, Geraldo Rivera was asked about the controversy over Barack Obama standing under a banner of Yasser Arafat. His response went beyond defending Obama and dismissing it as a PR blunder. Geraldo actually dismissed Arafat’s history while comparing him to George Washington.
Let’s go out on a limb and give Geraldo the benefit of the doubt by assuming that he would totally and completely reject Adolf Hitler as evil. What, then, does he think of Hitler’s Muslim Brotherhood allies? Hitler’s closest Muslim Brotherhood ally was Hajj Amin al-Husseini, an alleged mentor of Arafat whom Arafat once said he fought for.
As part of Geraldo’s defense of Arafat, he pointed to the latter’s winning of the Nobel Peace Prize (so did Al Gore and Jimmy Carter, which more than slightly tarnishes the honor). In any event, what Geraldo didn’t mention or much care about were the circumstances surrounding Arafat’s receipt of the award:
Yasser Arafat—a member of the virulently anti-Semitic Muslim Brotherhood—was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1994 on the presumption that he was going to go through with the anticipated agreement reached with respect to the Oslo Accords.[12] Arafat accepted the Nobel Prize but ultimately reneged on the treaty; it was yet another example of JBTW. That Peace Prize wasn’t given to him on contingency and history still records his receipt of it; the stain is forever on those who gave it to him. Arafat said what was necessary to get himself notoriety for being interested in peace while eschewing the foundation for it being awarded.[13] Inexplicably, western leaders continued to fall for what was an obvious duping to those who weren’t allied with outright evil. – The Case FOR Islamophobia, pp. 33-34
Leftists just continue to defend evil and this was one of Geraldo’s more disgraceful displays.

1) The similarity between Washington and Arafat is both are sleeping with there fathers until the call of the 7th trump.
2) Both Rivera and Arafat forgot their roots–both from Judiasm. Which is the genuine Jew?
