Across Israel, families are getting ready to celebrate Passover, one of the most important religious holidays in the Jewish calendar which commemorates the biblical story of the flight of the Israelites from slavery in Egypt over 3,000 years ago. For many families, it is a chance for them to be reunited and celebrate together with a ceremonial meal called the ‘seder’ which takes place on the eve of Passover.
