My Comment: I have to agree with the author of this article. Where is the media when it comes to Israel’s right to the land? Not a word.

In a scene reminiscent of the Bible, millions of locusts invaded southern Israel earlier this month, crossing the border from Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula. Israeli farming communities in the Negev desert – including the biblical Kadesh Barnea – were attacked by the ravenous insects.
The foreign media came up with all kinds of biblical comparisons. A headline in the German newspaper Die Welt read: “Like in Biblical Times.” The Canadian news website Macleans.ca wrote that “it’s hard not to draw references to the Bible when a swarm thought to contain 30 million insects buzzes over an ancient city in the days before Passover.”
It’s also “hard not to draw references to the Bible” when it comes to the rebirth and existence of the State of Israel, but the foreign media refuse to accept that.
