It saddens me to see our faith in Christ and His Father, the one true God, torn in two. It saddens me to see the church weakened to the point that they no longer stick to their principles as their fathers before them. I imagine that Jesus felt the same way. This one world religion and one world government of the end is quickly forming, and it saddens me. I never thought I would live to see the day when there was so much division and strife in the body of Christ. It was prophesied, but it’s not easy to watch. This is why Jesus warned the church in Revelation 3:15 ‘I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth.’ How quickly we forget the horrors of the protestant reformation. People suffered and died to give us the freedom to worship the way we saw fit from God, the right to read the word of God freely for ourselves, and for centuries we did. Now there is a push to unite all and mingle with other faith’s; those of which do not even have the same God as we have. Is it any wonder that the Bible tells us of a great falling away before His return? We’re entering that period of time, and we’re going down a slippery slope fast. I urge you to click the links below and read these articles, we really do need to be able to recognize what is happening.

Interfaith Group Supports President Obama’s Gun Control Efforts
“Once again, United Methodist agencies like the D.C. lobby office and the United Methodist Women’s Division are claiming to speak for millions of church members on a controversial political issue,” said Tooley. “Their claims are dubious. Also, once again they are demonstrating their endless faith in expanding big government to solve virtually all societal problems.”
Lutheran President Apologizes for Handling of Newtown Interfaith Conflict
Participating in interfaith prayer vigils goes against the denomination’s rules of joint worship, as the denomination believes it gives the impression that theological differences among faiths do not matter.
As Harrison states in the video, posted on the denomination’s website on Sunday, although communication between he and Morris following the interfaith prayer vigil remained “cordial and kind,” he ultimately advised Morris to apologize for participating in the vigil.
