See, I have told you ahead of time.’ We are servants of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We are not ‘Christs’. Period. No one is a ‘Christ’ of the poor or anything else. True Christians would not approve of this comparison. The Readers Digest Encyclopedic Dictionary defines ‘Christ’ : ‘The divine manifestation of God, which comes to the flesh to destroy incarnate flesh’. Also as the anointed one, the Messiah. Strongs Concordance ‘Christ’ is #G5547: ‘ Christos. Christ=Anointed. Christ was the Messiah, Son Of God.’
