There is a sure sign there is Power in the name of Jesus when the Believer forfeits all and claims the name of Jesus.It is then we realize we truly can move mountains in our life!
Jesus said: “Verily Verily,I say unto you,he that believeth on me,the works that I do shall he do also;and greater works than these shall he do;because I go unto my Father.And whatsoever ye shall ask IN MY NAME,that will I do,that the Father may be glorified in the Son”.(John 14:12,14).
Jesus did many miracles among the people which the disciples also saw,but did you know the disciples did not believe when Jesus returned from the grave? even though he was of his word and Jesus scolded(UPBRAIDED) them for this unbelief. “And they,when they had heard that he was alive,and had been seen of her (Mary Magdalene),belived not.After that he appeared in another form unto two of them,as they walked,and went into the country.And they went and told it unto the residue:neither believed they them.Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat,and upbraided(scolded) them with their unbelief and hardness of heart,because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen”.(Mark 16:11-14).
Surely if we saw miracles today we’d believe! Would’nt We? People are no different than in Jesus day…………Their hard hearts and unbelief are still here in the earth now!
We are his disciples today in this world of darkness,we are a light that shines in a dark place.It is written “God worked special miracles by the hands of of paul”.(Acts 19:11).We too will work miracles through the Holy Spirit if we believe! Even greater we’re told. 
“And these signs shall follow them that believe:IN MY NAME shall they cast out devils;they shall speak with new tongues;They shall take up serpents and if they drink any deadly thing,it shall not hurt them;they shall lay hands on the sick,and they shall recover”.(Mark 16:17,18).
There is POWER IN THE NAME of Jesus and the believer receives this when the Holy Spirit comes upon them. “But ye shall receive power,after that the Holy Spirit is come upon you:and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem,and in Judea,and in Samaria,and unto the uttermost part of the earth”.(Act’s 1:8).
Our Lord was of his word and if he said he would baptize with the Holy Spirit,I believe this to be true.He is who he said he was.The Son Of The Living God!……… Miracles happen when we BELIEVE!

Ann….Great to hear you have been Blessed and visited by God and his Holy Angels…I remember I was caring for someone once and they said your not going to believe this,but at night I have an angel that is at the end of my bed….I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve heard this and yes experienced Angels myself….They are God’s ministers and they truly do protect us!.God Bless You My Friend.

Artbella……He sure does answer when his children call on him……..OH! Artbella I’m so happy you said He’s there before you even call……Scripture says just that! “And it shall come to pass,that before they call,I WILL ANSWER;and while they are yet speaking,I will hear”.(Isaiah 65:24).I Love that,and I’ve had that happen as if he answered a thought and when I went to speak it……DONE! God Is So Good to his people!(Jeremiah 33:3)…..Blessings Sister.

In my fairly short walk with Jesus, whenever I called on His Name, He didn’t let me down. He was right there, to help and deliver me.
People, give your life to Jesus, believe and call on His name and He will surely be there. He is there before you even call, He just wants you to trust Him. It’s that simple!
It is not a coincidence that God the Father gave Him the name above all names! (Philippians 2:8-11)

oh yes,God is faithful when we call his name.I remember myself in satanism and things that are still there in my mind,how God would send angels to protect me when satan would come on christian holidays and for a period of time,every second night…I would see bright lights like a sword and white creatures with gowns that would stand next to my bed…God is good
