Va. Candidate: You Can’t Be Christian and Be a Democrat

My Comment:  This is very true, actually.  Read this article, and then I’ve put a reminder after the article of how they denied God 3 times in their democratic convention.

(News Max)  An outspoken minister running on the Republican ticket for lieutenant governor of Virginia said Thursday the Democratic Party is “anti-God,” and that Christians should leave it.

The assertion came during a radio interview with WLEE host Jack Gravely, who described himself as a Democrat and asked E.W. Jackson if he stands by earlier remarks that believing in God and voting Democratic are fundamentally incompatible, Salon.com reported.

“You are saying for us, we’re all wrong, leave that party. And all I’m saying to you is, if you said it before, you still have to believe it, why did you say it?” Gravely asked.

“Oh, oh, oh I do believe it,” Jackson responded.

“I said it because I believe that the Democrat party has become an anti-God party, I think it’s an anti-life party, I think it’s an anti-family party. And these are all things I think Christians hold to very dearly.”

Jackson, a social conservative, has raised eyebrows in the past, including remarks reported by the Huffington Post that Planned Parenthood “has been far more lethal to black lives than the KKK ever was.”

In video posted to YouTube last September, the minister urged black Christians to reject the “ridiculous lies” of the “Democrat Party.”
