UN Team Begins Syria Disarmament Mission

My Comment: Let me say first that I think that ‘Chemical Weapons’ in every country should be destroyed. With that said, the UN should make a unanimous statement with policies to back it up, that there will be no tolerance for terrorism or war of this nature. This move will embolden the rebels and factions that are causing this terror to begin with. It has not stopped anything. The death and destruction that has manifested due to this western backed changing of the dynamics of power in the middle east is hurting no one except the innocent; the very people they claim to be protecting or benefiting from this. While the world concentrates on the politics of who is going to control who, they are ignoring one of the most important aspects of this war, and that is the dark forces that are taking over here. While this distraction and push for control of the New World Order is happening the beast is rising out of the sea. Read here. And it’s gaining power! Even Iran is being brought into this kingdom. (Israel National News) A day after UN inspectors wrapped up their investigation in Damascus, a disarmament team is due to begin an operation to rid Syria of its chemical arms on Tuesday.

A target date has been set to finish the operation in mid 2014 and will be one of the largest and most dangerous of its kind.

The team of 20 inspectors from the Hague-based Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) will arrive in Damascus on Tuesday to implement a UN resolution that ordered the elimination of Syria’s chemical arms.

The arsenal is believed to include more than 1,000 tonnes of sarin, mustard gas and other banned chemicals stored at an estimated 45 sites across the war-torn country.
