Mount Sinabung in Indonesia has erupted spitting volcanic ash five kilometres up into the sky. It is the third time the volcano has erupted in the past few months. The volcano, which is located 88 kilometres from the city of Medan, had been inactive for four centuries before erupting again in August 2010. Almost 2,500 people have been evacuated from local villages as experts warn the volcano could erupt again at any moment. Officials at the Center for Volcanology and Geological Hazard Mitigation are advising people not go within three kilometres of the crater. Indonesia has 130 active volcanoes and straddles the infamous Pacific Ring of Fire. Report by Jessica Savage.

REPOST: WOE to the COASTAL CITIES !
I’ve followed news of volcano eruptions and earthquakes for many years and they seem to be occurring with greater frequency and intensity in recent years. What is so unusual is that volcanoes thought to be extinct or dormant are ‘waking up’ like this one! JESUS IS COMING SOON! \o/
