Amnesty: al-Qaeda runs Syria torture jails

I know that both sides of this war have committed unspeakable acts, but I will not stop bringing this to light, I will not stop calling Christians to prayer, as long as these horrific acts continue. And by supporting rebels whether it be the ‘Free Syrian Army Council’ or al-queda, or Al Nusra, or ISIL, it’s wrong. The same thing’s being said about Syria were said about Libya and Iraq and even Egypt. And look at the mess that has been created. Pray, pray for our Brother’s and Sister’s in Christ, pray for the innocent people of Syria, pray for God to show himself to the lost. This should consume every church, and every Christian in America. Instead we see denial and silence.

Against the background of the ongoing civil war in Syria, torture and summary executions are rife in secret prisons run by the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant group. A new report by Amnesty International says the al-Qaeda affiliate has committed serious rights abuses, including some, like abductions and arbitrary detention, amounting to war crimes.
