My Comment: They can offer all the explanations they want about a polar vortex ,they know this is not normal, this extreme cyclonic winter weather is not normal. Snow owls have been seen in Florida. (more)

The Polar Vortex has dropped unusually far south, keeping the Contiguous United States below freezing overnight, and 90-percent of the country below freezing Tuesday!
