All Eyes On Syria And DAVOS This Week

Disturbing reports have surfaced about torture at the hands of the Assad Regime. I have mixed emotions. It’s hard to know what to believe. It wasn’t that long ago pictures of children and adults surfaced showing clear evidence or what they said was clear evidence that Assad had used chemical weapons on his citizens. It almost sparked a war, a war of Biblical proportions. The US has since backed off from attacking Syria, but it appears they are still in a tug of war with Russia, China and Iran over Syria.

Some have questioned the timing of these reports as they surface when world leaders are meeting in DAVOS. The Syrian opposition is there, Iran was invited but the UN rescinded their invitation after complaints. It’s been said that deals, secret deals are made at DAVOS. What are they doing? Deciding the fate of Assad and Syria most likely.

One of the things about DAVOS this time that I thought was odd, is the fact that Goldie Hawn is there entertaining with a class to De-Stress. Teaching meditation and the like. DE-Stress? People are dying and starving and they need to De-Stress with Goldie Hawn? They are also concerned about the rise of substance abuse, mental health, and the rise of disease. They say that mental disorders, and substance abuse has rose in the world 38% between 1990 and 2010. Well that’s interesting given the fact that the US is in a rush to legalize marijuana in all states. Anyway, after the world leaders have all nighters with “champagne & schmoozer sessions, they can de-stress with Goldie. (More) Ok, I just wanted to give you a picture of what is going on there behind the scenes.

I am not a fan of Assad but I would like to know the truth. I am very cautious, and distrustful of the MSM here in the US. However, I can agree with the host of this video, that it’s sick and disgusting that the world can not put an end to these atrocities. Now before you watch it, keep in mind that the timing of this video is questionable. Why now? We have been fed this same content several times in recent months and years, to sway public opinion. We all know the atrocities being committed in Syria, we have watched for years now, and become sickened and appalled at what the world is not doing to stop this, and what they seem to be doing to fuel it.

Pray for the people of Syria. Whatever the truth it will come to light. I will keep watching and praying. Praying for truth, praying for this madness to end. Praying for peace. Praying for the children and the innocents. Praying for our Christian Brother’s and sisters there, and in the refugee camps. Again we see a war like this is hardest on the innocent. Whatever you call it, it’s still a grab for power.
