Babes in Arms: Thousands of Syrian infants born in the midst of violence & devastation

This video takes a look at humanitarian issues with the war in Syria. Such as birth in the middle of chaos. The innocent are always the ones who suffer the most. While the talks continue at DAVOS amid the glamerous backdrop and it’s champagne feasts the most vulnerable struggle to survive. What struck me the most about this video is the first babies that are shown briefly. If you look closely you can see the effects of not enough food and pre-natal care. Pray for the people of Syria.

While the two sides meet, air raids and armed clashes continue across Syria. But even in this chaos there is still hope. Maria Finoshina visited one maternity unit where the gruesome side of war has to take a backseat
