This article points out a quote that resonates not only with their hatred for Israel and the US but also with their Islamic eschatology. “The muslim world is waiting for Tehran to call them to battle.” What part of this does the west not understand? They are developing a nuclear weapon and they are publicly announcing they will be liberating Jerusalem. There is no moderate Iran. There is no peaceful Iran as long as these madmen are in charge.
(Israel National News) The Islamist Basij militia force in Tehran ran a special military exercise Thursday and Friday preparing for an Iranian takeover of Jerusalem.
The exercise, entitled “March to Al-Maqdis (Jerusalem),” included training in the event of such a takeover, including drills for the protection of cities, assistance and rescue, dealing with social unrest, the protection of sensitive and important military centers, dealing with the invasion and landing of “enemy” (IDF) forces from helicopters, and carrying out complicated tactical maneuvers at night. In an official statement, the militia said that the exercise is designed to develop and enhance the capabilities of the Al-Maqdis Brigades, improve Basij military competence, and foster a “self-sacrificing spirit” among the terrorists. There is also an article showing a public hanging in Iran of a prisoner in Karaj that involved a struggle with the victim, as he was denied saying goodbye to his mother in the audience. Amnesty International has spoken out and said that they have dramatically increased these public executions. Trials are given in secret by the Revolutionary Guard Courts and secret sentences are handed down. This quote is from Israel National News on the hangings: “In Iran drug-related offenses are tried in Revolutionary Courts which routinely fall far short of international fair trial standards. The reality in Iran is that people are being ruthlessly sentenced to death after unfair trials, and this is unacceptable,” remarked Hassiba Hadja Sahraoui, Deputy Program Manager.” The end of January an Iranian poet & human rights activist was labeled an ‘enemy of god‘, & was hanged because he dared to speak out against the mistreatment of ethnic Arabs in Irans Khuzestan province. Remember Jesus warned us that there would be people like this who would kill and think they were doing a service to god.
Pray for the people of Iran, pray for Israel, pray for Pastor Saeed Abedini who is still imprisoned in Iran. Share with your church and church leaders. Ask them to speak out.
(Editor’s note) I found some prophecies concerning Iran in Jeremiah 49. I find that God is aware of their plans, he is aware they mock him, he is aware they worship another god, the God not of their Fathers or the one desired by women. But a foreign god. Read Jeremiah 49 it ties into Ezekiel and Daniel and Revelation. This will all culminate in Revelation as God say’s ‘I make known the end from the beginning.’ And in Revelation the angel announces ‘Now the mystery of God is revealed through his servants the prophets.’

Remember, Iran as a governmental entity is accursed. They openly hate the Israel of GOD and threaten and hope to destroy them. In their demonic hatred and rage, they themselves will be destroyed. A valid concern might be that this land that we live in may also be accursed due to their threats and also fighting against Israel, either openly or covertly.
May our LORD+ protect and empower HIS+ children both in Iran (there are many there) and here also as the days grow very dark. HE+ is able to deliver HIS+ own out of the midst of the fire or strengthen them to go through it. May our LORD+ bless and shield HIS+ dear children across the earth in these perilous times that we are called to live through. May HIS+ Called Out” ones have supernatual Wisdom and Discernment from the Blessed HOLY SPIRIT. Amen. Peace to the Brothers and Sisters in CHRIST.
