Where Is The Outrage From Our President : State Dept. Won’t Say If Christian Toddler Jailed in Sudan is U.S. Citizen

But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 19:14)

This is atrocious that this discussion even has to be started.  Our President has not shown any regard for Christians in the Middle East and Africa.  Persecution has dramatically increased, almost doubling in 2013 alone.  And nothing is denounced, nothing is sanctioned, and aid continues to flow to regions such as this.  And all the State Spokesperson has to say is “I’ll be happy to check into it?”  Really?  We have hundreds of Christian girls kidnapped in Nigeria, there was just another bombing in Jos Nigeria in a predominantly Christian neighborhood that killed 118, Syrian Christians have been murdered by the thousands, Pakistani Christians are held in prisons with the death sentence, Iran is holding Christian Americans, and beating them regularly and denying them medical care, and all the State Department has to say is “I’ll be happy to look into it.”   The US Embassy in Sudan essentially refused to help this family, and the State Spokesperson say’s “I’ll be happy to check into it.”  Nothing to share here.

(CNSNews.com) – The U.S. State Department on Monday declined to say if Martin Wani, a 20-month-old Christian boy imprisoned by the Islamist Sudanese government, is a U.S. citizen.

“You don’t know whether that little boy in prison is a U.S. citizen?” CNSNews.com asked State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki at the department’s Monday press briefing.

“I don’t have any more details to share,” Psaki said.
