What Is Wrong With This Picture? New pact restores Hamas to the Iranian fold

The world talks with Iran, and the easing of monetary sanctions has this effect. They are supporting terrorists. Terrorists that have unified with the PA. They are set to receive according to reports, 200 Million and military support. So what will happen to the Nuclear material that Iran has been preparing? What everyone in the West seems to ignore is that the ultimate goal of the Muslims is to unite under one banner to take control first of Israel then the world. They are gaining strides in the UK, and other western countries, but first Jerusalem. Their mantra is “Palestine from the river to the sea.” And they are constantly calling for Jihad, and they have not stopped bombarding Israel with rockets. What could go wrong? Here is a little bit of the funding in recent years. Notice what the Muslim Brotherhood was funding also. This is significant as the real reason for the so called Arab Spring comes into light.

In the late 1980s, 10% of all Hamas funding came Islamic Republic of Iran.Later, from 1993 to 2006, Iran provided Hamas with approximately US$30 million annually. More recent assessments indicate that Iranian funding has increased significantly between 2006 and 2009, to hundreds of millions of Euros per year. After 2009, sanctions on Iran made funding difficult, forcing Hamas instead to rely on religious donations by individuals in the West Bank, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. Since June 2011, funding from the Islamic Republic of Iran has been cut to show “displeasure at Hamas’s failure to hold public rallies in support of President [Bashar al-] Assad” during the Syrian civil war, and funding from the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt has been cut so the Muslim Brotherhood can diverts funds “to support Arab Spring revolts”.

(Debka File) The Palestinian Hamas terrorist group has been restored to the Iranian fold and won the promise of an annual allowance of $200 million per year, military assistance and advanced weapons on a par with the hardware supplied to Jihad Islami. DEBKAfile’s sources report that this deal was secretly sealed in Doha on Thursday, May 22, at a meeting between Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and Hamas’s politburo head Khaled Mashaal.

It culminated a month of intense Hamas-Tehran negotiations, which were conducted quietly in parallel with Hamas’s unity talks with the rival Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas. (Full Article)
