I have been watching this very close, it’s horror in the countries hardest hit. They have moved in military and quarantined the people of villages, in some instances shooting innocent civilians. There were reports that a young boy was shot leaving his leg severed. These people were protesting the quarantine, as they were stopping them from obtaining food. The aid to these villages of basics like water and food and medicine has been very slow in coming. The removal of bodies has been slow, and it’s like a horror film. This outbreak is spreading fast, and mutating.

In this article above they point out that in the report given in the journal Science, that 50 of the articles co-authors died before publication.

These countries are becoming increasingly isolated as airlines are restricted from flights. I understand this as fears grow of western countries. But what is the WHO doing about the lack of food, water and medicine. Even proper medical facilities. I think Doctors without borders is still there, but most aid agencies have pulled out.

The WHO organization say’s this has been the worst week since the beginning of the outbreak. So far it has killed 1500 of the 3,000 infected. With Nigeria reporting a small number of cases.

I saw a picture the other day of 2 men on their faces on a beach in Africa praying for God to rescue them from this crises. It really touched my heart. We all as the Body of Christ should be doing the same thing for this plague, and for the many losing their lives. It’s time to pray.
