Putting The Pieces Together: Who Is Khorasan?

I did a post yesterday on the Palestinian Ambassador and His message to Iran. One of the bold statements was that he longed for the Black Flags of Khorasan. Then we find that the black flags of Khorasan are plotting and planning attacks on America and the west. From RT: Very little information is being released at the moment by anyone within American intelligence circles, but the group calling itself Khorasan is said by officials to have concrete plans for striking targets in the United States and Europe as a chosen modus operandi – more so than the Islamic State (IS), formerly known as ISIS.

Information is just beginning to surface about the strikes in Syria being brought on to stop this ‘Khorasan’ group also. NBC news reports this about the campaign in Syria: “to disrupt the imminent attack plotting against the United States and Western interests conducted by a network of seasoned al Qaeda veterans,” also known as “the Khorasan group.”

Remember you have to understand ancient history to understand the prophecy that is unfolding right before our eyes. “Greater Khorasan, a historic region which lies mainly in modern-day Iran. It was previously known as Parthia; later, during the Sassanid era, it was changed to Khorasan.”

All of the ancient mentions in the Bible of ruthless rulers like Cyrus, Darius, Alexander the Great and Antiochus ruled this kingdom at one time, and the best I can see is it’s always been under some form of Persian rule except when the Ottoman Empire ruled. This region battled fiercely with Rome and neither side was able to claim a decisive victory.

This ‘Khorasan group’ as Obama calls them is not a group that has recently formed to antagonize or threaten the west. This is an ancient beast that is raising it’s head again. Many scriptures come into focus when researching this ancient peoples. Like Daniel chapter 7, Daniel chapter 8, Revelation 13. And many more, like Ezekiel, Psalm 83, Joshua, Zechariah, Amos and others. They all warn of ancient people with false god’s set to destroy God’s people. And it is here whether anyone wants to admit it or not. And it is spreading over the world as fast as Alexanders kingdom spread. It’s an evil darkness spreading like cancer.

You can not do a search of Khorasan who all the peoples of the middle east seem to be calling to resurrect without finding Iran (Persia) smack in the middle. While the west and parts of the middle east are scrambling to create their new map of the middle east with the brand new world order Caliphate innocent people have been slaughtered and ancient regions of the world are being destroyed. Of course the Bible describes the burden of Damascus. So Damascus is not just a capitol for Assad, it is the world’s most ancient inhabited city since antiquity. And Isaiah tells us what is coming. (Isaiah 17) I find it utterly amazing that a western leader can declare another countries leader evil and remove them from power. Yes, it’s happened. Egypt, Libya, and now Syria. Where have we heard that before, a leader plucking up 3 kings and making one?

7“After this I kept looking in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, dreadful and terrifying and extremely strong; and it had large iron teeth. It devoured and crushed and trampled down the remainder with its feet; and it was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns. 8“While I was contemplating the horns, behold, another horn, a little one, came up among them, and three of the first horns were pulled out by the roots before it; and behold, this horn possessed eyes like the eyes of a man and a mouth uttering great boasts.(Daniel 7)

So we are seeing this 4th and terrifying beast visioned by Daniel and the beast out of the sea, visioned by John come together as one.

And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

³And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. (Revelation 13)

The Bible also gives a description in Ezekiel 38 and Psalm 83 as to the coalition of these forces that are rising.

The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; of Moab, and the Hagarenes; Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre; Assur also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot. Selah

We also find ties to the Peoples in Joshua 24, And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

This ancient god is rearing it’s head today in modern day with these people. So before you brush this off as nonsense or just another ‘rebel’ group who is misguided or misunderstood. Remember God said “My people perish for a lack of knowledge.” This people believe they are bringing about the return of their savior (Mahdi) and the only way to do it is to kill all the infidels and cause world war. By creating confusion the western governments are complicit or even aiding this.

Pray for God’s mercy. Look up for our hope is in the Lord. For Jesus told us ahead of time so we would not be dismayed or mislead: But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by. (Luke 2:19)

But he clearly tells us here that regardless of what they believe they will not cause the end! God say’s He and He alone is in charge of that. He know’s all things and makes the end from the beginning.

“Remember the former things long past, For I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is no one like Me,10Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things which have not been done, Saying, ‘My purpose will be established, And I will accomplish all My good pleasure’; 11Calling a bird of prey from the east, The man of My purpose from a far country. Truly I have spoken; truly I will bring it to pass. I have planned it, surely I will do it.… (Isaiah 46)
