All what he talks about is covered off in the book of Enoch and I cannot but encourage people to read that book. Fallen angels were locked away for 70 generations and then set free again for a period a time that God has set. Some align this to how in the 1900 their was such a jump forward in technology that it relates to these fallen angels being set free after their initial imprisonment.
When the giants were destroyed in the flood their spirits became evil spirits. They are correct in say fallen angels are not evil spirits.
