“Speak The Word Boldly”

boldness_thumb                                                                                                                                                                                   While watching a show yesterday I was appalled at yet another person announcing to the world they are gay. As I watched the interviewer lean over and pat the guest on the hand and say this is so good you are doing this, because it will help others. REALLY? Help them to allow others to think a life of sin is a glorious act, as a Christian this was a slap in Gods face. Unless one is reading a satanic bible would men with men and women with women sexually be condoned! In a Christian bible it is said to be an abomination and a vile affection. This is the world we now live in, and woe to those who do not accept and hop on board. We are also suppose to convert to a religion where violence is the norm. I say NOT SO! Do I say as a soldier of the Lord Jesus Christ…………..

The following repost is what Christ and his true followers abide by:

“Speak The Word Boldly!”

In the world Jesus is portrayed as so meek and lowly, that he would never speak with BOLDNESS.There are two things that stand out in scripture, the time he overturned the money changers at the temple.(Matthew 21:10-13)Also when he compared himself with his Father that he was the Son Of God,and that he and his Father are one-The Jews picked up stones to stone him.(John 10:30,31).

Taking the word of Hope to a world set on living away from God is not the easiest thing to do,but we are called through the Holy Spirit to do just that!

“Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God,God dwelleth in him,and he in God.And we have known and believed the Love that God hath to us.God is Love;and he that dwelleth in Love dwelleth in God,and God in him.Herein is our Love made perfect, that we may have BOLDNESS in the day of Judgement:Because as he is ,so are we in this world”.(1 John 4:15-17).

There is a passage that reminds me so much of how others think of the shy or unlearned, until Jesus steps into their life and they are changed forever!“Now when they saw the BOLDNESS of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled;and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus”.(Acts 4:13).

Even Moses was as we are thinking no one would believe and listen to him,or that the Lord appeared to him.He was slow of speech and said he was not eloquent, then the Lord replied who made man’s mouth? “Now therefore go,and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say”(Exodus 4:1-12).God went on to work many mighty acts through Moses!

Paul says exactly what needs to be said by us in todays generation “And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power:That your Faith should not stand in the wisdom of men,but in the power of God”(1 Corinthians 2:3-5).

There is Great power over the believer when the Holy Spirit is given as seen through Paul “And he went into the synagogue, and spake BOLDLY for the space of three months disputing and persuading the things concerning the Kingdom Of God”.(Acts 19:8).

“But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak;not as pleasing men,but God,which trieth our hearts”.(1 Thessalonians 2:4).

“The wicked flee when no man pursueth:but the righteous are BOLD as a lion”!

  2. Amen Sister! As this world is brazen to speak their evil, let us who follow our LORD+ be bold in HIM+, to speak the Word of Life to them and warn them to flee from the Wrath to come.

Woe to them that call evil good and good evil; that put darkness for light and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight! Isaiah 5:20,21

They are in an illusion, being deceived. Death will break the illusion.
The DOOR+ of Repentance is still open. Hurry to IT+ before it is too late.

Thank you for this good post.
