I have had a spirit of advocacy my entire life. As a child I was frequently defending the defenseless, those who society looked down on. And it has grown. I will be an advocate and voice for those who can’t speak even today. Pastor Saeed Abedini is one of those who can’t speak.
The news media has aided and abetted a woman in dragging a man, a Pastor, a tortured American at times near death at a prison in Iran into defamation of character. She knew full well what would happen when she sent the email to 500 of her supporters. I read that email, and I could not believe she did that innocently. She called him an abuser, the Christian world ate it up and couldn’t wait to share it. This is hate not love. She knew full well the media would share the hate filled message about her husband. Her husband who is in prison in one of the world’s darkest prisons tortured frequently, brought to the brink of death and unable to defend himself. She waited until his parents left Iran knowing full well he would not be able to get a statement about this. Now she posts on facebook that yes, the accusations were true and her husband was in chains of darkness tied to his Islamic background. Hello! Knowing full well that the media would pick this up again.
She is not innocent in this. She needs counseling, instead of dragging her husband through the mud, and defaming his name, and work for God. Those sharing this story are equally as wrong, even questioning the very people who continue to pray for him stating how could we pray for a man who is an abuser. This has not been proven, no proof has been offered. Only the word of a woman. It is not the first time that a woman twisted facts about her husband and won’t be the last.
Is this an innocent, poor pitiful woman? Is this what God wants her to do as she writes? If it was she would have followed God’s word not her own desires. Has the world attention became too much for her? Did she see the greed and promised world fame? Questions unanswered…. The huge question is what is wrong with her? Why now? Why the holiday’s? Why when his case gained world attention would she choose to say it was all a lie, he is an abuser, a porn addict, and has darkness connected to his Islamic background. I have but one thing to say to her, seek the help of a psychiatrist. Not social media, not the news media, not those who love to point out that Christians are evil and abusive, and do it soon. Until then, stop it. Stop your drivel and seek medication and repentance for your hate filled disparagement. Those of you who have swallowed every crumb of this derogation, shame on you. I will not stop praying for Pastor Saeed. I will not stop advocating for him. I urge everyone to stop listening to these hate filled accusations. If you are in contact with his wife, encourage her to seek help instead of ranting on social media and world news outlets. That alone is shameful. Our own secular judicial system say’s that the accused has the right to a trial in full view of the accuser with a jury of 12. But she denied him that. Denied even a statement from him. God’s judgement also calls on righteousness. The Bible tells us do not entertain an accusation of an elder without the witness of 3.

You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgement on someone else, for at whatever point you judge the other, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things. Now we know that God’s judgement against those who do such things is based on truth. So when you , a mere man, pass judgment on them and yet do the same things, do you think you will escape God’s judgement? Or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, tolerance and patience, not realizing that God’s kindness leads you toward repentance? But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath against yourself for the day of God’s wrath, when his righteous judgement will be revealed.

I’d suggest that Mrs. Abidini READ & STUDY, and PRAY about the admonition of Paul, (to the brethren in Corinth, in I Cor. 6: 1 – 8).
Mrs. Abidini has taken this “accusation of evil” before the “Court of PUBLIC opinion”, and Paul, quite pointedly, rebukes that sort of action. It’s not that she has lied, necessarily…no one knows whether she has or not. It’s that she’s “defrauded” her husband,(6:8), in the “PUBLIC arena”(6.6 – 7). Instead of, within the confines of her personal congregation,[6:2 – 4]. (As Paul states: “Dare ANY of you, having a matter against another, go to Law before the unjust, and not before the Saints?”)[Chap.6, verse 1].
And, if she’ll READ PRAYERFULLY & STUDY DILIGENTLY, and PRAY DESPERATELY, over the other 7 verses of admonition, I’m sure she’ll begin to realize that the “COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION” is NOT the Lord Yeshuah’s choice for His children to utilize, ESPECIALLY in such SERIOUS matters of grievance.
And, ESPECIALLY while her husband is in prison, in IRAN! Even IF,{and that, at this point, is a VERY BIG “IF”}, he’s guilty of her accusations, none-the-less, she SHOULD have waited until, either the Lord “delivered him”, or “took him”. And, she MOST ASSUREDLY should NOT drag his reputation through the mud, in public! Sad. She DEFINITELY is ignorant of the Scriptures. But, I don’t believe Psychology is as necessary, as Godly Counsel, as you Pastor, have attempted to give her. We NEED to pray that she realizes her error, and goes to the LORD of LOVE for HIS forgiveness, and HIS Spirit’s guidance. This is one of the marvelous wonders of HIS Love!…HIS forgiveness!

Wow unbelievable but for only a moment then the passage Satan can turn himself into an angel of light comes to mind and this is said because I watched this woman on tbn asking for prayer for her husband and was bringing many to tears on the show a while back. What has happened we might ask and as a Christian how can such a loving wife turn on an innocent man behind bars who has not left to cause her to speak how she now does……….. God alone knows and He was there the times VOICE OF THE PERSECUTED held prayer vigils on behalf of her husband as she stood there in prayer and tears pleading for his release! We must stay in prayer for our brother Pastor Saeed who has no recourse and may God put an end to this phony Christian masquerading as a doting wife that may be using the worlds media for evil devices as her husband continues to do His Fathers will behind bars.God Bless You for writing this post to make us aware of another wolf in sheep’s clothing!

We have wondered about this also. The timing, the motive. Too much media attention, too much attention from individuals perhaps.
Why indeed would any true follower of JESUS do something like this. It goes against EVERYTHING The MESSIAH taught HIS+ Disciples.
Something is VERY wrong spiritually or mentally, and those two areas cross over and link up. I was not aware that she was still doing this on social media. This is very sick, and with a diabolical smell to it.
I pray The LORD+ help our Brother who is helpless to make any defense whatsoever. Keep him from going into despair. We can see from this that Judas comes in either gender.

Yes, she posted today and already the so called Christian news outlets are ripping pastor Saeed apart. And of course there are those who gloat and point fingers at Christian abuse. Satan works through darkness . standing in prayer.
