Be Blessed to deliver the Message of Life to many!

“And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me”.(Luke 7:23).

The message a believer has to give will not be easily accepted,in fact those closest to you are the one’s who will reject your new found conversation of Christ the most.Jesus knew full well how it felt to be rejected of his own. “For Jesus himself testified,that a prophet hath no honour in his own country”.(John 4:44).

Now before anyone says women should not preach or we are not considered to be prophets,then you will have to rewrite the bible for there were and still are prophetess’s………Miriam(Exodus 15:20)……Deborah(Judges 4:4)……Huldah(2 Kings 22:14,2 Chronicles 34:22)……Noadiah(Nehemiah 6:14)……Anna(Luke 2:36)…………And the FALSE Prophetess Jezebel of Revelation(Revelation 2:20).God said he would pour out his Spirit on all flesh. “And it shall come to pass afterward,that I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh;and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,your old men shall dream dreams,your young men shall see visions”(Joel 2:28).

When Jesus went to his own country to preach in their synagogue it was his own people that were offended and shunned him. “And when he was come into his own country,he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works? Is not this the carpenter’s son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren,James,and Joses,and Simon,and Judas? And his sisters,are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things? And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour,save in his own country,and in his own house. And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief”.(Matthew 13:54-58).

It makes sense that those who have known you your whole life would mock and think it odd that you are all of a sudden preaching the word.But it is written he calls us out of the world therefore our conversation is no longer of the world.People make you feel like if you did’nt go to a ministry school of man your unlearned in scripture………Peter and John were even called unlearned and ignorant men yet they healed.(Acts 4:13-16).It is God that has by the Blood of Christ made us Kings and Priest’s,and has given us a ministry to edify the church of Christ.(Revelation 1:5,6).

“But watch thou in all things,endure afflictions,do the work of an evangelist,make full proof of thy ministry”.(2 Timothy 4:3-5).

Let’s not be like in the parable of the seed and the sower those who have no root and become offended for the word. “And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time:afterward,when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word’s sake,immediately they are offended”.(Mark 4:17).
