My Comment: This is so true. And yet the bulk of the west refuses to see it. Acts 14:22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

Christians are facing a new age of “martyrdom” across much of the world, the Archbishop of Canterbury has said.
Speaking in Istanbul, Turkey, the Most Rev Justin Welby singled out the persecution of believers across the Middle East and said Christians are still “called” to suffer and even die for the faith in the 21st Century.
But he insisted that religion is often just a “pretext” for violence and not the real cause.
He made his remarks at the end of a two-day visit with the Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople, Bartholemew I, the most senior cleric in the eastern Orthodox church.
His comments in a city which has in the past been the capital of both the Christian and Muslim worlds underline the significance he attaches to the threat to Christians in the region, an issue the Prince of Wales also singled out last month.

It seems, and I sincerely hope, that the Church is waking up to the worldwide slaughter of Christians. But what to do about it, that is the question and no-one seems to have the answer.

Yes, I’m hoping they are. And praying. Right now raising awareness, and prayers are one thing we can do. Over and over I hear from some that prayers is what they ask for the most. There are some organizations that are earnestly trying to help. Not the ones you would think. Samaritans Purse is involved in the middle east with food, and clothing and Doctors without borders, it’s very difficult for them to reach some areas due to fighting. Continue to pray for eyes to be opened, and protection and caring hands for those affected.

These are truly the days where it is written those who think if they kill you they are doing God a service……This is the meaning where God sends strong delusion so they believe a lie and we will have to let them believe the lie they want to follow for turning from the salvation they reject.
