My Comment: Before you say there is no tribulation, or we will not witness tribulation you should research and see what is happening. All over the middle east and Africa Christians are being targeted for death or worse by this ideology. It will come to us in the west, it’s not if but when. As Christians we are commanded not to fear, we know that we have the ultimate victory in Christ. Pray for strength, courage, and protection for Christians everywhere, pray for unity in the body of Christ.

It is interesting that the US hasn’t offered to help the Christians in the Middle East for as long as this persecution has been going on, and yet suddenly in the news there have been all kinds of reports in the US media about the Yazidi’s who have only just emerged on the scene apparently. Suddenly the US is in a frenzy about helping this ancient and newly discovered religious minority – but initially, no mention of the Christians in exactly the same area facing exactly the same threat (for far longer). Almost as if Obama is intent on not being associated with helping Christians in any way. Alarming really, and reads like a poorly written play…
