It would be wise , if wisdom is anywhere near the officials in “capital city” to not push at this man or the Russian nation. It seems he/they are well able to defend themselves in no uncertain terms. It seems that that the “P.T.B.” are pushing for WW3, which is part of their “doctrinal plan”.
Mr. Putin has stood for both “Christian and family values” in front of worldly men who DO NOT hold these values. I saw a photo the other day of Russian Orthodox monks or priests in the midst of Russian military equipment and personnel to minister to and pray with them.
To goad Russia into a war “might” be a BAD mistake. It may be that The LORD+ they unashamedly acknowledge is with them, but Whose Face would be against Western Babylon.
