It is written that what has already been will be again. (Ecclesiastes 3:15). When we read of the destruction of Babylon it is compared to our modern day. Mystery Babylon spoken of in Revelation is the fall of all nations today, and this fall comes upon man for the accepting of sin without batting an eye. Many will follow after the evil more than the good, but scripture tells us Babylon will fall once again as the people of God are warned to come out and not be partakers of its sins! (Revelation 18:1-4) And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues…..(Isaiah 51:6).
Those who are not written in the Lambs book of life will be in awe at the amazing power of the anti-christ, but those who know the truth it will be a time of rejoicing for God will avenge the blood of HIS people. (Revelation 19:1-3). And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God: For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.And again they said, Alleluia And her smoke rose up for ever and ever.
As we previously read of the merchant’s in the fall of Babylon we read of it being foretold to us in the book of Isaiah as prophesy that would come to pass! (Isaiah 23:7-11). Is this your joyous city, whose antiquity is of ancient days? her own feet shall carry her afar off to sojourn. Who hath taken this counsel against Tyre, the crowning city, whose merchants are princes, whose traffickers are the honourable of the earth? The Lord of hosts hath purposed it, to stain the pride of all glory, and to bring into contempt all the honourable of the earth. Pass through thy land as a river, O daughter of Tarshish: there is no more strength. He stretched out his hand over the sea, he shook the kingdoms: the Lord hath given a commandment against the merchant city, to destroy the strong holds thereof.

There are actually two Babylon’s to look at; Mystery Babylon, which is Jerusalem since the Bible describes Mystery Babylon as the; “City where out Lord and Savior was crucified.” Then there is the Daughter of Babylon which is an entire Kingdom or country that will be destroyed. All evidence points to this being the; United States of America.
