It is a hard picture to imagine a world so devastated and desolate, yet it is inevitable with the course of events taking place as man’s heart is set on his endeavors and not Gods. Those who live for God are told to escape to safety and hide themselves till the Lords indignation is passed. (Isaiah 26:20,21). Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. For, behold, the Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.
It would be so nice to think we could avoid the final judgment of God, but it is so needed as Jesus said we are to let the wheat (HIS people) and the tares (satans evil weeds) grow up together. All that will remain will be HIS people and only then will righteousness be in the land, and HE says to let Jerusalem come to mind as New Jerusalem will be the Holy City God has prepared for HIS own. (Jeremiah 51:45-50) My people, go ye out of the midst of her, and deliver ye every man his soul from the fierce anger of the Lord.And lest your heart faint, and ye fear for the rumour that shall be heard in the land; a rumour shall both come one year, and after that in another year shall come a rumour, and violence in the land, ruler against ruler.Therefore, behold, the days come, that I will do judgment upon the graven images of Babylon: and her whole land shall be confounded, and all her slain shall fall in the midst of her. Then the heaven and the earth, and all that is therein, shall sing for Babylon: for the spoilers shall come unto her from the north, saith the Lord.As Babylon hath caused the slain of Israel to fall, so at Babylon shall fall the slain of all the earth.Ye that have escaped the sword, go away, stand not still: remember the Lord afar off, and let Jerusalem come into your mind……(Revelation 21:1-4).
We are to seek the things which are above and not on things of the earth. For we are dead and our life is hid in Christ! When this earth perishes with the using it is what was done for Christ that will matter. HE IS OUR LIFE! For all eternity! (Colossians 3:1-4). If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

Been thinking about this subject a lot lately as to where do we in the physical run and hide ourselves in these times. The word tells those in Jerusalem what to do when this happens in their lands, but nothing for those in other lands.
My conclusion is if I am still alive in the physical then I will have to trust in the Lord for my safety and all his other sons and daughters. In the physical there is no place to hide from what is happening around and before us, so there is no place of safety that I can see.
Not even your house or home will be safe or is safe in these times, except to say the Lord tells us all, no evil, wickedness or plague shall come nigh our dwellings. SO maybe these places will become our refuge as they are now from the fallen world around us.
Trust in the Lord and lean not on your own understanding and so I shall and whether I live or die I am in the Lord so I am so, so thankful for the Father sending Jesus to reconcile us back to him.

The Traveller…… I hear that no physical place would be available, and this is where our patience and Faith kicks in. I gain strength from Hebews 11 and all who had to be more than concerned as we are today, but stayed strong in faith to get them through! Faith in Christ will keep our hearts and minds which truly belong to HIM as the physical body we are told not to fret over those who can kill the body, but have no power to cast us into hell…. ONLY FEAR GOD and not man who’s power fades with him, but our faith will live for all eternity with the one who has saved us. This is a time to stand solely on our faith even unto death!, for to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. God Bless and keep you through all you endure. You are not alone for your brethren are enduring the same fight of afflictions. Stay Strong………………..
