Believe it or not the wicked love to do that which is evil, it is as second nature to them. In fact they do not abhor evil and will lose sleep to plot and cause others to fall. (Proverbs 4:14-19). Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men.Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away. For they sleep not, except they have done mischief; and their sleep is taken away, unless they cause some to fall. For they eat the bread of wickedness, and drink the wine of violence. But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day. The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble.
If we are walking with Christ then it is a joy to do what is asked of us. If it is written lying is something even God hates (Proverbs 6:17), then as a Christian we should abhor it as well! (Psalm 119:162-165). I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil. I hate and abhor lying: but thy law do I love. Seven times a day do I praise thee because of thy righteous judgments. Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.
God did not make man evil, but man way back in the Garden of Eden believed satan the serpent of all lies that he would be as gods knowing good and evil. Eve was deceived and beguiled just as we could be today for the sole purpose of the enemy of our souls is to follow evil and by doing so be destroyed in the process! (John 10:10). The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
