Revelation 3:19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
When something goes wrong how easy it is to say why me Lord? But if we truly are His servant why not accept what comes our way if we know that He is with us and His word says He chastens us out of love, just as our parents reprimanded out of love, so does our heavenly Father do the same. (Hebrews 12:5-11). And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness. Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.
OH’ how can we even think of complaining when the Lords hand is heavy upon us. For all Jesus went through to allow us to gain salvation, we should live by example that we are His minister’s willing to go through whatever it takes to preach the gospel even if it only saves one for Jesus left the 99 sheep to seek out the one that was lost! (2 Corinthians 6:4-10). But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses, In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings; By pureness, by knowledge, by long suffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned, By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left, By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true; As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed; As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.

When I think back on the Chastening of The LORD, I am so blessed to realize that according to Psalm 103, HE, by HIS Blessed Chastening has saved my life from destruction.
Yes, I have had the ability to destroy myself with stubborn self will. But instead The LORD in HIS Great Love and Mercy has taken the correcting “switch” to me, and in HIS Great Love has “saved my life from destruction, and crowned me with Mercy and Loving kindness”. Psalm 103:4.
Blessed be HIS Holy Name, who chastens us in HIS Loving Kindness, and guides us in the Strait and Narrow Way that leads unto Life with HIM+ Eternally. .All whom HE+ Loves HE+ Rebukes and Chastens for our Eternal good.
