Many have asked how do we pray?  What do we pray for?  I asked God the same thing and while praying in the spirit this is what He gave me.  This is His words not mine.  Hope this will help to encourage prayers no matter how simple for those facing persecution.  No prayer is too small for God!  Feel free to copy, paste and share.  Our prayers do matter.

A simple humble prayer for the Persecuted Christians in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia:

Father, it’s hard to watch the saints of God, your children, endure such torture, and sorrow. They are killed, imprisoned, and tortured for their belief in your Son. Father our human understanding can’t fathom what is transpiring. It’s hard for us to know exactly what to pray for. Father you know, you know their needs, give them courage, wisdom, guidance, comfort and supply their daily needs. Father protect them and guide them through dangers they face, guide them to safety and into the arms of caring people to help them. Father help those who are courageous enough to help them. Give them supernatural strength, courage, and endurance. Father increase their faith in you. Help the world to see the light of your love shining in a dark world. Father help us all to grow in faith after reading the extreme persecutions many face. Help us to be aware, and guide us in our thoughts, prayers and actions for the support of our Brethren. In Jesus name, we ask this. Amen.
